Your watch is a vintage fake Omega. Practically worthless as a timepiece but wearable nonetheless.
Well.the movement isn't made by Omega, nor is the case, dial, or hands. The plating on the case, which is supposed to be solid 18k gold, is flaking off in spots. This is a common fake model that shows up on here every few . i was hoping you could give me a head up or great advice. Is this watch real or a fake? It says 18k 0750 on the back. May 28, 2015. I am trying to identify and place a value in this Omega Square Watch. Inside the back case it is marked 18K 0750. The watch still runs but the band is missing an outer link (the band is intact). This watch belonged to my father so I think it is from around the early 1950s. What I have not seen on any of the vintage . The text and painted second track is in gold paint - that is rather thick and it has filled the small triangles in "Omega" and "automatic" - but not in any of the letters in "Seamaster" and "Calendar". Minute and seconds hands may look a little long in the pics but are actually exactly reaching the indexes. Omega crystal.
