The date on my GMT is completely clear with no blue tint whatsoever.

The underside coating is evident because of those who have removed their cyclopses - it's clearly visible on the underside of the crystal. The external coating appears to be present because reflections of light off of the cyclops itself appear blue-tinted, which is indicative of the external coating. Looking at the cyclops under direct light -- on the 41 I see more of a blue hue, and on the 36 it's more of white. Wouldn't the same year have the same type of anti-reflective coating? Or even if they didn't, why would the 36 be different from 41 of the same year? While comparing them i noticed that the cyclops are not the same: the GMT shows blue AR coating and a blue reflection on its cyclops, while the Sub shows brown AR and a brown reflection on its cyclops.
