I've got a ref. 396.1062 from 1993 (pre-Bond, all steel, later variant with sword hands and double-clasp bracelet). It's been recently serviced and regulated, so I think it's best I can get. Though the real life accuracy will vary a lot, due to the varying temperatures.

I had wondered about the quality/workmanship level in this generation of the seamaster, so thank you for commenting on that. One has all original movements but a loose security clasp and a slightly worn bezel. The other option is in perfect aesthetic condition but the watch has been serviced and the 1438 quatz movement has been replaced with a modern Swiss eta replacement.
