And I wanted to know if anyone knows how it sound or plays before I buy it.For durability, Yamaha equipped the YSL-882GO with a mechanical linkage and an adjustable thumb paddle for added comfort. Other thoughtful design features include a rounded slide crook for faster response, pressure-formed tubing for smoother airflow, and a counterbalance weight. It is the best Yamaha large-bore I have played, and I have tried many of them - old and current. The 882's seem heavy and dark to me, too. That works for some folks but light a lighter, more nimble horn.
