Last year, here in London, I was at RSC collecting a GMT I had serviced and I asked the cost of replacing the platinum Bezel on my yachtmaster should it ever need doing and was quoted £600 for the Bezel alone on an exchange basis. Usually removing the bezel will unseat the ring and it stays stuck on the case side of the bezel system. It's possible that you can refit the bezel using the old ring but in doing so you can crush the silicone ring further.
